The recording starts with 10-seconds of the 853 Hz and continues to the 2083 Hz tones with 15 seconds of silence between each tone. The first play of all four tones will be complete at 1:25seconds. Then continues with 15-seconds of silence before each series loops again. Start with the lowest volume and do not attempt to increase until after all four tones have completed playing. You want to avoid getting a full reaction from the high frequency tones. Always work in small steps and take your time.
